Our client, a leading law firm in the GTA, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies
  • Lead opportunity identification, pitches, and responses to clients
  • Work closely with Sector and Practice Leaders and client team leaders to develop annual business development strategies, plans, and tactics
  • Manage and respond to day-to-day requests for business development support, including RFP submissions
  • Lead or support other firm-wide business development initiatives on a project-basis

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business development roles, preferably within a professional services environment, ideally at a law firm
  • Superior time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to proactively problem-solve and manage competing priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment
