Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Contact Centre Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Contact Centre Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Provide personalized support to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Language Support: Utilize your bilingual skills to communicate with customers in their preferred language, ensuring seamless communication and understanding.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns to supervisors as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and provide support.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on TD's products and services.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Language: Bilingual – French and English.
- Skills: Exceptional listening and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and navigate computer systems.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in the financial industry, is an asset.
