Taproom General Manager Opportunity

At Jump Recruitment Specialists, we're seeking a skilled and experienced Taproom General Manager to join our client, Ninepenny Brewing, in Conception Bay South, NL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the taproom, focusing on growth and team empowerment.
  • Directly manage the taproom team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meeting company standards.
  • Manage cash, credit, and tip transactions, including deposits, balances, and tip allocation.
  • Schedule taproom team members and manage shift schedules.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory, reorder supplies, and ensure proper stocking.
  • Prepare and serve food, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Engage with customers, plan events, and develop beer knowledge.
  • Manage day-to-day taproom activities, ensuring adequate support, training, and staffing.
  • Apply problem-solving skills, adapt to changing situations, and prioritize results-oriented work.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, leveraging interpersonal and technical skills.
  • Lead the taproom team with effective communication and management skills.
