Taproom General Manager

At Jump Recruitment Specialists, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Taproom General Manager to join our client, Ninepenny Brewing, in Conception Bay South, NL.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations of the taproom, including team growth and empowerment.
- Directly manage the taproom team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.
- Oversee cash, credit, and tip management, including deposits, balances, and tip allocation.
- Schedule taproom team members and manage shift schedules.
- Monitor and maintain inventory, reorder, and stock supplies.
- Prepare and serve food, adhering to food safety standards.
- Engage with customers and plan events.
- Develop and maintain beer knowledge, including brands, flavors, profiles, and pairings.
- Ensure the taproom has adequate support, training, staffing levels, and tools to perform duties.
- Apply problem-solving skills in planning and organization, and adapt to changing situations.
- Focus on quality and productivity, with excellent customer service skills.
- Lead the taproom team with effective communication and management skills.
