As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization and ensuring that our goals and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • 5-10 years of supervisory experience
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
