About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at ACME FREIGHT SALES LIMITED. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our team members.
  • Communication: Answer and direct telephone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to the relevant personnel.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Screening Questions: Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for our company.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
