Machinist - Precision Tool Specialist

Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly experienced Machinist with expertise in precision tool setup, operation, and maintenance. The successful candidate will work closely with our production team to ensure the highest quality products are delivered on time.
Responsibilities- Setup and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to manufacture high-precision parts
- Measure and inspect parts to ensure conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
- Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments and machine tools
- Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances
- Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and deadlines
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Machinist in a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of working independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing for extended periods, lifting up to 23 kg, and wearing personal protective equipment
