High-Precision Machinist Specialist

We are seeking a skilled CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinist to join our team at Alpha 1 Cabinets Ltd. as a High-Precision Machinist Specialist.
This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a 40-hour workweek.

Job Responsibilities- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to understand production requirements.
- Set up and adjust production machinery/tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Fabricate and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerances.
- Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments to guarantee accurate measurements.
- Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances.
- Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports to track product quality.
- Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments.
- Operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce high-precision parts.
- Education: College diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field (1-2 years).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in CNC machining or a related field.
- Skills: Accurate, attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
