Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Journeyman AG Equipment Technician to join our team at Rocky Mountain Equipment. As a key member of our Service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and machinery, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recondition and repair equipment components and systems as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases in repairs.
- Care for shop tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Order parts and materials required for repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Champion safe work practices and adhere to Occupational Health and Safety standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Fluency in English language.
- Experience working on CASE IH agriculture and CASE CE construction equipment an asset.
- Strong diagnostic and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of health and safety best practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation.
