Shop Foreman

**JOB TITLE**:Shop Foreman

**POSITION TYPE**: Permanent - Full Time

**LOCATION: High River**, AB**

**REPORTING TO**: Regional Aftermarket Sales Manager
- **RELOCATION ALLOWANCE OFFERED_

**Job Duties and Responsibilities Include**:

- Supervision of shop personnel, and assign Technicians to the appropriate job duties
- Monitor shop supplies for waste, and purchase consumables
- Monitor work orders for accuracy, efficiency and completion
- Ensure quality control, check equipment history, assist, and advise Technicians
- Repair and maintain equipment, and other duties as required
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

**Job Requirements and Qualifications Include**:

- Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician or Agriculture Equipment Technician Certification, or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience with Agricultural equipment
- Experience in a supervisory role is an asset
- Ability to work as a team and problem-solve
- Leadership, teaching, and time management skills
- Valid class 5 driver’s license
