Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $19-$21 per hour, plus tip-outs averaging $3-$4 per hour. This total compensation package ensures that our team members are fairly rewarded for their hard work and dedication.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Shift Leader to join our team in Vancouver (Robson), B.C. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant during scheduled shifts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and leading team members to ensure excellent customer service and quality food production.
  • Providing managers with support, guest interactions, and ensuring food and drink quality, as well as maintaining a clean restaurant environment.
  • Striving to achieve 100% guest satisfaction through legendary acts of leadership and quality.
  • Emulating Red Robin's core values of honor, integrity, seeking knowledge, and having fun within the restaurant environment.
  • Setting an example for other team members by ensuring everyone follows company standards and policies.
  • Encouraging and teaching team members to provide world-class guest experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of full-service restaurant leadership experience.
  • An ability to lead and supervise peers.
  • A passion for the business and compassion for people.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • ServSafe certification is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
