Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing restaurant operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure high standards are met.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.
  • Recruit and train new staff members to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Supervise staff and ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures accordingly.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms accurately and on time.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage events and functions to ensure seamless execution.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain high standards.
  • Assist in supervising personnel who prepare and serve food to ensure high-quality dishes.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate payment and compliance with labor laws.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and multitask effectively.

Requirements
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment is required.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and supplier negotiation is an asset.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for growth and development. The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 based on location and experience.
