Job Title: Reservations Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Travels4U Corp. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of our reservations staff, ensuring seamless customer service delivery and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of 5-10 reservations staff members
  • Prepare and submit reports on team performance and productivity
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a travel agency or related field
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent oral communication and client focus skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Dependability, judgement, and flexibility

Work Setting: Travel agency
