Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Travels4U Corp.
Job SummaryThe Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the reservations team, ensuring seamless customer service delivery and maintaining high levels of productivity and product quality.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of 5-10 team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Work in a travel agency setting, with frequent interaction with clients and team members.
- Work under pressure, with tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment.
- Travel may be required, but is not a primary aspect of the job.
- Criminal record check required.
- Accurate, with a strong attention to detail.
- Client-focused, with excellent oral communication skills.
- Dependable, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
