Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records using Sage 50
  • Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payment of employee wages using ADP
  • Prepare financial reports as needed for management review.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Sage 50 and ADP
  • Strong knowledge of account reconciliation processes
  • Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and related regulations
  • Excellent analytical skills for account analysis
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
