Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 based on relevant experience and qualifications.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in food service management, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Handling and Inventory Management: You will be responsible for managing cash handling procedures, including balancing cash and completing balance sheets, as well as maintaining inventory levels to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Staff Management: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of staff who can provide exceptional customer service. This will include conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to help staff improve their skills and performance.
- Marketing and Sales: You will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement. This may include participating in local events and promotions, as well as developing social media campaigns to engage with customers.
