Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Shell Gas Station retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of inventory control.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including scheduling and training
- Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and inventory records
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Supervise and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliability and dependability
- Free parking available
- Permanent employment
- 35 to 40 hours per week
- English language
