Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Rocky Mountain Soap Company Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and develop a team of retail salespersons and sales clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and ensure accurate ordering and receiving of merchandise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
