We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hospital Cleaner to join our team at Lakeland Animal Care Group. As a Hospital Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Cleaning and Disinfecting: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
- Stocking and Supply Management: Stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and handle and report lost and found items.
- Facilities Maintenance: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers.
- Work Environment and Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
