Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at AYAT MATTRESS MANUFACTURING LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing and editing documents, maintaining records, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, ensuring compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
