Job Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales and profit growth in the store by setting and achieving sales and profit goals. This involves creating a plan to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring the store team is equipped to meet customer needs, and working with the Area Sales Manager to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and profit strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead and manage the store team to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales and profit KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
  • Ensure store operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of transferable experience in a retail management role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
