The Leadership Track Graduate Program at Maple Leaf Foods is a three-year rotational development program designed for talented and ambitious graduates. The program aims to develop leadership and cross-functional expertise, preparing participants for future leadership roles within the company.
Program StructureThe program consists of three diverse and meaningful roles across the following areas:
- Operations Role: Participants will gain hands-on experience and develop on-the-job supervisory skills in areas such as production, health and safety, food safety quality assurance, engineering, six sigma, and supply chain.
- Commercial, Sales, or Marketing Role: Participants will immerse in the commercial organization, focusing on customer relationships and data-driven decision-making to drive sales and increase profit margins.
- Support Functions Role: Participants will work in support functions that impact and drive the business, such as finance, information solutions, human resources, purchasing, strategy, and project management office.
Rotations will take place across Canada and potentially in the US alternative protein facilities.
