Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
This role provides exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers through inbound telephone calls, emails, and faxes. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing shipments, both domestic and international, in accordance with UPS and local government policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Input and process shipments accurately and efficiently
- Check and forward legal documentation as required
- Provide administrative support to the management team
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Accurate typing speed of 40+ words per minute
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shift hours, including mornings and afternoons
