Main Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative at Airbus Helicopters Canada Ltd, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and answering queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products, services, and warranties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
  • Participate in AOG (Airborne Outboard Gear) on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support to customers.

Requirements:
  • University degree or college diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and CRM software (SAP and Salesforce experience an asset).
