Café Operations Manager

Blenz Central City is seeking a skilled Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for food and other supplies.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- Fluent in English.
- 40 hours of work per week.
