Café Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café Manager to join our team at Blenz Central City. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our café.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Management
Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback to improve overall café operations.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
Health and SafetyEnsure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
Supplier NegotiationsNegotiate arrangements with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience in our café.
Operations ManagementPlan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that the café runs efficiently and effectively.
Personal Suitability- Client Focus
Demonstrate a strong client focus and provide excellent customer service to build strong relationships with customers.
FlexibilityBe flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and priorities.
Team PlayerWork collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Ability to MultitaskDemonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve results.
ExperienceHave a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of café operations and management.
LanguageBe fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers.
Work HoursBe available to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts as required.
