Café Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café Manager to join our team at Blenz Central City. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and support to café staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and management of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are rotated regularly.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Financial Management: Manage café finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
