Glass Doctor of Edmonton: Office Administrator Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator Assistant to join our team at Glass Doctor of Edmonton. As an Office Administrator Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer all incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule quotes and installations for technicians, and provide quotes and take orders as needed
- Process orders, take payments, and make invoices for glass products and services
- Ensure all invoices, orders, and quotes are correctly entered in our scheduling software
- Respond to customer complaints and requests, and provide solutions to resolve issues
- Attend to walk-in clients and provide them with quotes and related glass services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Computer literate with working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications
- Minimum high school education required
- Must be fluent in English
