Glass Doctor Office Administrator Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator Assistant to join our team at Glass Doctor of Edmonton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our technicians in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Answer all incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and quotes for technicians, ensuring seamless communication with customers
- Provide quotes, take orders, and process payments for glass services
- Ensure all emails and messages are responded to in a timely and appropriate manner
- Sell glass services to customers, when necessary
- Order custom glass units, process orders, and make invoices
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including filing, organizing, and general cleaning
- Ensure all invoices, orders, and quotes are accurately entered into our scheduling software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Computer literate with working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications
- High typing speed and accuracy
- Minimum high school education required
- Fluency in English
