Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled Game Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our next groundbreaking mobile game.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in level design for mobile games, with a keen interest in arcade-type games and a passion for creating immersive experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Design and balance levels for our new mobile game, ensuring optimal KPIs such as win rates, retention, and monetization.
- Prepare and execute special and seasonal events to keep players engaged.
- Collaborate closely with game designers and economy designers to ensure a cohesive and engaging game experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in level design for mobile games.
- Strong interest and passion for arcade-type games.
- Creative and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Ability to analyze data to optimize levels.
- Strong desire to deliver results and ship top-quality titles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
You'll be part of a highly creative and international team that has successfully developed this title from a prototype.
