Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Power Generation Technician to join our team at Cummins Inc.

About the Role

  • Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on generators and components at customer sites with minimal supervision.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Apply specialized tools and follow documented procedures to diagnose and complete basic repairs.
  • Complete required documentation, including service worksheets and timesheets.
  • Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Broad mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance abilities.
  • High Voltage/Low Voltage experience.
  • Capable of electrical repair and maintenance with minimal supervision.
  • Intermediate Technician Level II: Some relevant technician experience; qualified to perform work on an intermediate number of products in-scope for a diesel technician at this location.
