Job Summary

As a Residences Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Residence owners and their guests. This includes responding to requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services, as well as gathering and providing information about the property and surrounding area amenities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to Residence owners' and their guests' requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services
  • Gather, summarize, and provide information to Residence owners and their guests about the property and surrounding area amenities
  • Announce all visitors, contractors, etc. to Residence owners before allowing them to go up and permit access to only authorized visitors
  • Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve call, request, or problem
  • Assist with owners' reservation services (HRS) and scheduling of the elevator for move-in/out for Residence owners/tenants
  • Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks and review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks

Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
