Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Esso High Prairie. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Supervise other workers and train them on administrative tasks.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Answer electronic enquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
