About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial planning and analysis support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for multiple global sites, focusing on headcount, operating expenses, and variance analysis.
  • Data Manipulation in Excel: Utilize advanced Excel skills to consolidate financial data of monthly, quarterly, and annual results, assist in budgeting and forecasting, compile and assess complex spreadsheets, and turn raw data into useful information.
  • Variance and Trend Analysis: Perform in-depth variance and trend analysis to explain deviations from budget or forecast and support cost reviews.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and enhance financial reporting tools and processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and insights for stakeholders.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Present financial concepts effectively to cost center owners and leadership teams while building strong relationships across global functions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience with large data sets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • Strong excel ability – experience with large data sets, running system reports, data manipulation and formatting, handling large spreadsheets, turning data into useful information, data consolidation
  • Polished and well communicative enough to make executive presentations
  • Up & comer - hard working, energetic, passionate, resourceful, accountable
  • SAP experience is an asset

What We Offer
