We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Financial Planning to join our Financial Planning and Reporting team at EQ Bank | Equitable Bank. This pivotal role will play a key part in driving strategic decision-making across the organization.

**Job Summary**

This leadership position will oversee the development and maintenance of financial models that drive key management decisions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing enhancements to detailed financial models, financial analysis, and reporting.

**Responsibilities**

  • Liaise with Senior Management within various Business Units to collect relevant assumptions that drive financial model output.
  • Develop and maintain financial models distributed to Senior and Executive Management on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Business Unit Net Interest Margin (NIM), profitability reporting, Return on Equity (ROE), and pricing analysis.
  • Accuracy of data extraction and interpretation from various information sources.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including developing/running macros.

**Requirements**

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with:

  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive and relevant work experience.
  • Experience overseeing/reviewing junior team members' work.
  • Knowledgeable of mortgage and personal banking products and features.
  • Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
