Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Howard Johnson by Wyndham. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service.
- Coordinate and oversee daily cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Inspect facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Recommend additional services as needed, such as painting or repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
- 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
