Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Days Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Develop and implement effective operational procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
    • Ensure that all housekeeping staff are trained and equipped to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Supervision and Leadership
    • Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
    • Co-ordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of our facilities.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets and financial records for the housekeeping department.
    • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that we have the necessary resources to maintain our high standards.
    • Co-ordinate the purchase of equipment and supplies to ensure that we have the best possible products for our guests.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to ensure that we maintain our high standards.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality or business administration.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a housekeeping management role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule
    • 38 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and high standards of cleanliness.
