Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Days Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Develop and implement effective operational procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
    • Ensure that all housekeeping staff are trained and equipped to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that we have the necessary resources to maintain a clean and safe environment.
    • Monitor and control expenses related to housekeeping operations.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain a high level of quality.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as hospitality, hotel management, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a housekeeping management role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 38 hours per week.
