Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Days Inn. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Procedures: Establish and implement effective operational procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring timely ordering and replenishment.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, payrolls, and financial records for the housekeeping department.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Working Hours: 38 hours per week.
