Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Uptown Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain the highest standards of quality and freshness.
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff are trained and equipped to provide exceptional service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Monitor and control kitchen expenses to meet budgetary requirements.
  • Collaborate with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing kitchen teams.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
