About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team at Spencer's. As an Assistant Store Leader, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services and driving sales and profitability.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have prior retail and/or management experience and be able to lead by example, developing staff and ensuring the store runs smoothly. Key responsibilities include controlling expenses, managing inventory, and implementing merchandising strategies that meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Establish and maintain exceptional Guest Services, ensuring every customer has an outstanding shopping experience.
  • Operations Management: Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and expenses.
  • Merchandising: Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet company objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Prior retail and/or management experience required
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for in excess of 8 hours
Benefits
