Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff and assigning duties;
  • Evaluate daily store performance and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency;
  • Plan and organize daily store activities, including inventory management and visual merchandising;
  • Manage staff and develop their skills to provide exceptional customer service;
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability;
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed;
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages;
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required;
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or operations management role preferred;
  • Positive attitude, time management, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and ability to multitask;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances;
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges;
  • Fluent English language skills required;
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays;
  • Work Term: Permanent;
