Key Responsibilities- Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff and assigning duties;
- Evaluate daily store performance and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency;
- Plan and organize daily store activities, including inventory management and visual merchandising;
- Manage staff and develop their skills to provide exceptional customer service;
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability;
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed;
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages;
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required;
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or operations management role preferred;
- Positive attitude, time management, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and ability to multitask;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances;
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges;
- Fluent English language skills required;
- 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays;
- Work Term: Permanent;
- Work Language: English;
