Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead our retail team at beBee Professionals in Sault Ste. Marie. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Store Operations: Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
  • Merchandising and Promotions: Assist with visual merchandising, promotional activities, and sales initiatives to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Previous retail management or supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong leadership and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
  • Operational Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
