We are seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Savers / Value Village. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store.

Your Role

As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for making important decisions that directly impact the success of your store. You will also develop and empower your team members to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure excellent customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
  • To lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
  • To handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and fairly.

What You'll Get

  • A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of retail management experience.
