We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure accurate room inventory.
  • Reservations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an up-to-date reservation system.
  • Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
  • Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and complete other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
