Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Westford Health Nursing Care Inc.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Provide safety and health education to patients and their families
  • Assist with nursing procedures, such as administering medications and performing wound care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse in the province/territory of work
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Geriatrics experience an asset
