Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Westford Health Nursing Care Inc. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage patient care plans, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct vital sign checks, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on health-related topics.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the province/territory of work.
  • Completion of a diploma or certificate program in practical nursing.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care or geriatric setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
