Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Westford Health Nursing Care Inc.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Provide safety and health education to patients and their families.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing.
  • Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Geriatrics experience an asset.
Work Environment:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to stand for extended periods and have manual dexterity.
