About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and driven individual to oversee the administrative tasks in our office. This includes managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, billing, and insurance claims* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and treatment plans* Coordinate appointments, surgeries, and other procedures* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns* Collaborate with dentists and hygienists to ensure seamless care and efficient operations* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training

Benefits

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset* 2+ years of experience in a dental office setting, preferably as an administrator* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information* Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and dental software
