About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team at Lalton Construction. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Mix and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
  • Operate airless spray equipment, brush painting, and roller painting.
  • Use sandblasters for surface preparation.
Requirements
  • 1-6 months of experience in a related field.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work outdoors and at heights.
  • Flexibility to work at various locations.
  • Client focus, reliability, and team player skills.
